For Existing (Registered) Customers:
Employers or their authorized representatives must submit a formal request on company letterhead, duly stamped and signed by the authorized signatory. The request must include:
Company Name and MOL ID
Full Name of the Portal User (as per valid ID)
Valid User ID details (ID type and ID number)
Employee/User designation
For New Customers:
New customers must be fully registered by the branch in strict compliance with all applicable KYC and regulatory requirements prior to being granted portal access.
